Your Loan Agreement will be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the Lac Vieux Desert Band of Lake Superior Chippewa Indians, and to the extent applicable, federal law. The laws of your state of residence or you physical location will not apply to any agreement you enter into with us. Indian tribes are sovereign nations with the right to enact laws related to commercial activity. Generally, state laws are not applicable to Indian tribes or their business operations and federal laws apply only when specifically authorized by Congress.
