Applying for installment loans online
You received a pre-screened offer of credit pursuant to Tribal law and the Fair Credit Reporting Act (“FCRA”). The FCRA permits creditors like Big Picture Loans to obtain limited consumer report information for use in connection with unsolicited offers of credit under certain circumstances. This practice is known as “prescreening” and typically involves a credit reporting agency that generates a list of consumers who meet certain pre-established criteria for us to provide a “prescreened” or “pre-approved” offer of credit to you. This is known as a soft credit inquiry and will not impact your credit score. Once you sign the loan agreement and submit the application, Big Picture Loans will verify your information on Tribal land and contact you by email with its final loan decision.

The Tribe values its customers and intends, at all times, to see that questions, concerns, issues, and/or complaints raised by consumer borrowers are addressed in a fair and orderly manner.
